Summary
Graduated from the Pedagogical faculty of the South Bohemian university in Ceske Budejovice. BSc. in Information technology. Graduated from the Faculty of business and management of the Brno University of Technology. MSc. in Business and management. Is currently a PhD. student of the Faculty of business and management of the Brno University of Technology. Currently works as a IT support and research assistant of several research projects of the Brno University of Technology. He focuses mainly on the optimization of processes related to information technologies and on the efficiency of language education. The focus of his PhD. dissertation is Fuzzy logic and its application as a decision making support in real estate investment. He has created several large electronic dictionaries for Czech language in past years. These dictionaries are used by thousands of users every day. He is an administrator of two Internet portals focusing on language education and e-learning. He also specializes on the use of electronic methods of collection and distribution of information. He has developed several electronic questionnaires that were used to collect information from large number of respondents from Czech Republic. This information was then used in research projects of the Faculty of business and management of the Brno University of Technology. He uses his programming skills to develop new methods and steadily improve the efficiency of processes of IT systems. Primary research interests are: information technology, communication technology, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, e-learning, language education, linguistics, management, efficiency and optimization. Secondary research interests are: ecology, renewable energy, sustainable development, biotechnology, astronomy, nanotechnology, sociology, psychology.
